Updating OKO Unreal plugin

Version 1.0.0 (117785) - CSP 4.18.0

This article will guide you through the steps of updating the OKO Unreal Plugin to the latest version.

Instructions

To update your OKO Unreal Plugin go to https://app.oko.live/downloads and download the latest version of the plugin.

Check your current OKO Plugin version

Open your Unreal project, go to Edit > Plugins and find the OKO plugin. Here you can see the version you are using.

Alternatively, you can open the OKO.uplugin file with a text editor and find the version there alongside VersionName

If the latest version of the plugin is the same as the current version, there is no need to update.

Update OKO Plugin version

If an update is needed, close your Unreal project. Open your project in File Explorer and navigate to Plugins > OKO. Delete the contents of this folder.

Open the new version from your Downloads folder. Copy (or cut) the contents of the new plugin version and paste them into the Plugins > OKO folder.

Once the new plugin contents have been copied over you can confirm the updated version number either via the Plugns manager in the Unreal Editor or by checking the OKO.uplugin file as described above.

Now, if you open your Unreal project you can verify that the OKO menu option is available.
