Unity

What’s new

  • Memory management: We've adjusted how we estimate file sizes for asset loading to reduce mystery crashes and in space loading errors.

Bug Fixes

  • If you see something, say something, which was harder before when comments weren't being displayed intuitively.

  • Gaussian Splats were more accurately called “Gone” Splats temporarily, but their honor (and visibility) is restored.


Web

What’s new

  • Consistency is key! We’ve reviewed button styling within the properties panel and all instances of our dropdown arrows to ensure a more polished and predictable experience.

Bug fixes

  • Clearer messaging when attempting to sign up with an email address that’s already linked to an existing OKO account.

  • Relative transforms no longer break when observing an Unreal user changing entity hierarchies.

  • The asset panel scroll bar took an unexpected break, but now you can freely scroll through all available assets with ease.

What’s new

  • Support for alpha video custom materials provides creators with extra flexibility when creating and integrating effects into an OKO scene.

Bug fixes

  • The plugin no longer crashes when observing an OKO Web user delete a comment attached to an entity.

  • Crashes would occur when dragging an asset into space and quickly deleting it while the space entity is still being created - we’ve fixed this, so you no longer get punished for any indecision!
