Unity

What’s new

  • UI Improvements: Every little bit counts, including the tiny change we made to use black instead of grey UI.

  • Space Sharing: Want to know if your buddy is ghosting your invite? You can now view accepted invites and update users' access level from within the app.

  • Memory Management: We’ve vastly improved our caching strategy, and added a nuclear option to clear your cache from the Profile Settings menu. Your phone thanks us, but also the spaces lists and space searching is lightning fast by comparison!

Bug fixes

  • Real-world Scanning: Object and room scans were sometimes failing to appear in space after processing. Now walls will not go AWOL.

Web

What’s new

  • Annotations: Now users can attach annotations to a comment, allowing them to capture a view in space and add text, drawings, and shapes to communicate with colleagues.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed multiple bugs related to camera tooling, including correcting upside down and blank cameras when in WebGPU mode.

  • Fixed a bug where selecting an entity caused the perceived brightness of a space to change

Unreal

What’s new

  • Space templates: The completed work for Unreal is now available in this release. You can now save and use templates from within Unreal.

  • GLTF importer module: The previous GLTF importer has now been removed from code.

  • Comments refactor: Now complete in preparation for the Annotations feature work.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed bugs related to comments, including flipped comment viewpoints when ingesting comments created in web, and editing of comments on locked entities.
